A Panel Discussion at the Townhouse Italian American Baseball Foundation Tuesday, October 26 at 7:00 PM

On Tuesday, October 26 at 7:00 PM Columbus Citizens Foundation welcomes the Italian American Baseball Foundation (IABF) to the Townhouse for a panel discussion. The panel includes former big-league players Frank Catalanotto, Mike Pagliarulo, Hall-Of-Famer John Franco, and baseball broadcaster Wayne Randazzo. IABF Board Director Chris R. Vaccaro will moderate.

On Thursday, October 21 CCF welcomes to the Townhouse Robert Camuto, a prize-winning American author and journalist, and contributing editor for Wine Spectator. This exclusive event begins with a lecture for $35, which includes a copy of South of Somewhere: Wine, Food and the Soul of Italy. The evening unfolds with an expertly paired four-course meal you won't want to miss featuring wine provided by Feudi Di San Gregorio for an additional $90.

Free Virtual Stream: Discussion with Eustace Wolfington on the feature film on Mother Cabrini Tomorrow, October 20 at 6PM

A powerful new movie is currently in production about the life of Francesca Cabrini, an Italian by birth, but her deeds led her to be the first American saint and the Patron of Immigrants worldwide. The drive, initiative, perseverance, and above all love that embodied Mother Cabrini for the singular goal of helping others is inspirational and a lesson in accomplishment for the greater good.

Cristoforo Colombo: Excerpts from an Opera Saturday, October 16 at 6PM

Opera returns to the Townhouse on Saturday, October 16 at 6PM. Cristoforo Colombo is an opera in four acts and an epilogue by Alberto Franchetti to an Italian libretto by Luigi Illica, commissioned in 1892 to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of the Columbus Voyage.

Tickets cost $35. The evening is presented by CCF, in partnership with Teatro Grattacielo & Camerata Bardi. For a preview, watch the video above with the Artistic and General Director of Teatro Grattcielo Stefanos Koroneos.

Charlie Romo & Vanessa Racci Perform the Songs of Bobby Darin & Connie Francis Sunday, October 17 at 3PM

Celebrate Italian Heritage Month at the Townhouse throughout October. Join us on October 17^th for a throwback to a Golden Musical Era with Charlie Romo & Vanessa Racci performing the songs of Bobby Darin and Connie Francis.

The event starts with cocktails at 3PM and concludes with family dinner after the performance.
