The 2024-2025 CCF Scholarship Application will be opening Fall of 2023

The 2024-2025 CCF Scholarship Application will be opening Fall of 2023. Check back here for updates. 

Eligibility: 

• Applicant must be an incoming freshman (for both our High School and College awards) or entering medical school.
• Applicant must be of at least 25% Italian heritage.
• Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 or 88%

Applicants must provide: 

• The parent and/or applicant’s most recent Federal Tax Return documents (2022 tax year)
• The applicant’s Student Aid Report (SAR) from the 2024-2025 FAFSA application (if applying for our College or Medical School Scholarships)
• Three (3) letters of recommendation from professional and/or academic contact.
• The applicant’s most recent, or current, semester’s report card or transcript

Giving Tuesday is November 29

Giving Tuesday is the annual global day of charitable giving, and CCF is participating to raise funds for our Scholarship Program. Since 2019 Giving Tuesday has raised nearly $95,000 to assist deserving Italian American students. We hope to continue this tradition in 2022. Please donate in support of our Giving Tuesday campaign on Tuesday, November 29. Those who donate $100 or above will receive a special gift to be revealed on Giving Tuesday! You will also hear from one special CCF scholarship recipient on how the scholarship has helped her achieve her educational goals. YAA Presents Casino Night - Saturday, November 12

Calling all Foundation Members, relatives, and friends: Join the Young Adults Auxiliary for our Casino Night Fall Gala on Saturday, November 12th, as we transform the Townhouse into a venue worthy of a spot on the Vegas Strip! Enjoy dinner, open bars, DJ entertainment, casino games, and raffles/auctions. Additionally, a special ceremony will be held to honor the many contributions of current Columbus Citizens Foundation Members and former YAA President, Anthony Massaro. All net proceeds from the event will benefit the Scholarship Fund.

Please note that in addition to current YAA & Alumni, all Members and friends of the Foundation are welcome and encouraged to attend! This is a 21+ event. Be sure to RSVP in advance!

Tuesday, November 1 Umberto Mucci of We The Italians presents the Italian American Reputation Lab 2022 Annual Report

Join Umberto Mucci of We The Italians on the presentation of a recent report produced through the Italian American Reputation Lab on Tuesday, November 1.The event is $15 and open to non-members. Reception begins at 6:00 PM, program starts at 6:30 PM. Please be advised of our business attire dress code - no sneakers or jeans.
